Last updated: July 2, 2026
MCDR ("we", "us") takes the protection of your privacy seriously. This policy describes our personal information practices, in accordance with Quebec's Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information ("Law 25").
In short: this website does not collect any personal information. It contains no forms, no analytics tools, no advertising trackers, and uses no cookies.
1. Information collected by this website
This is a static showcase website. We do not collect, record or store any personal information about you through it. There are no user accounts, forms, newsletters, audience measurement tools or advertising modules.
2. Information you voluntarily provide
If you contact us by phone (514-617-2266) or through Facebook Messenger, we only collect the information you choose to share with us (for example: your name, contact details and the address of the location to be cleaned) in order to:
- respond to your request for information or a free estimate;
- schedule and deliver our cleaning services.
This information is used solely for the purposes for which it was provided. We do not sell it and do not share it with third parties, unless required by law.
3. Facebook Messenger
Conversations held through Facebook Messenger are also governed by the terms and privacy policy of Meta Platforms Inc. We encourage you to review them before using this channel.
4. Third-party technical services
To display properly, this website loads certain resources from external servers: fonts (Google Fonts) and some images. When these resources load, your IP address is transmitted to those servers — this is how the web normally works. No cookies are set by our website in the process, and we receive no data from these providers.
5. Retention of information
Information you voluntarily provide is kept only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, and is then securely destroyed.
6. Your rights
Under Law 25, you have the following rights, among others, regarding your personal information:
- the right to access the information we hold about you;
- the right to have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected;
- the right to withdraw your consent to the use or disclosure of your information;
- the right to file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI).

8. Confidentiality incidents
In the unlikely event of a confidentiality incident involving your personal information, we will take reasonable measures to limit its consequences and will carry out the notifications required by Law 25, including to the Commission d'accès à l'information and to the persons concerned where there is a risk of serious injury.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy at any time, particularly if our practices change (for example, adding a contact form or an analytics tool). Any update will be published on this page along with its revision date.
